Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we provide shipping globally and within North America (Canada & USA).
How do I return an item?
WE AT VISION APPAREL WILL ADDRESS ALL CUSTOMERS CONCERNS THE SAME. WE'LL WORK ON A SOLUTION THAT SATISFIES BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND OURSELVES. DON'T HESISTATE TO CONTACT US VIA ANY OF THE WAYS LISTED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE PAGE.
What are our payment options?
Vision Apparel accepts payment via VISA, OR ANY ESTABLISHED CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, MASTERCARD.
WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYPAL.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will be notified by email with confirmation of your purchase, a subsequent email will follow once your pack has been processed and prepared for shipping
(3-7 days fulfilment time); once your pack is shipped, tracking will become available. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order once it's on the way. Orders placed outside of operating hours (Mon-Thurs) will be processed the following business day. If shipping takes longer than specified we will notify with any details.
What are our delivery options?
Our option for delivery is Standard Shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on destination.
